About Me

Jay L. Springer, Attorney

A professional in business and law

As an attorney, I emphasize bringing value to clients through understanding business needs and translating those needs into legal tasks. With over a decade of professional experience and advanced education, I have a strong foundation from which to bring value to my colleagues. As a professional, I actively seek to improve myself through continuing study, exceling in the workplace, and taking on increasingly critical responsibilities.

I am driven to seek win-win scenarios wherever possible, and have found transactional law is conducive to that mentality. I have studied economics, philosophy, political science, latin, formal logic, Mandarin Chinese, French, statistics, drafting, mergers and acquisitions, securities law, legal practice, oil and gas and other natural resource law, export controls and the World Trade Organization, and a number of other topics which enable me to analyze, problem solve, and ultimately, provide solutions.

"A professional does whatever needs to be done, whenever it needs to be done." - my work ethic mantra which represents the simple truth that a job description cannot begin to encompass all situations in which you will bring value to the organization.
